Walsall Rotary Club invite all runners old and new to Walsall Arboretum Extension at 11am 20th September 2015 for this years Walsall Rotary club Fun Run 2015, to help our chosen charities
Fun Run 2015 with a 10k and 5k run for the energetic amongst you and a 3k walk that is suitable for everyone.

This year all proceeds are being donated to the following 4 charitiesThe Glebe Centre WalsallOpened in 1975 this drop in centre offers support with living, social skills and resettlement. The staff that includes a Centre Manager Addiction Worker, Addiction Support Worker and Support worker are help by a team of volunteers offer a range of help, general information, hot meals, clothing and advice.Cavell Nurses TrustOffers help and support to the to very people that are dedicating the lives to care for us. Nurses, Midwives, Healthcare Assistants and students suffering financial or personal hardship, can benefit from the support and advice offered when the difficulties of life need to be faced, they are here for the Health Service workers
Midland Air AmbulanceThe Midlands Air Ambulance is the only charity responsible for funding and operating three air ambulances serving the communities of Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Worcestershire and the West Midlands. This constitutes the largest air ambulance operating region in the UK. Since 1991, the charity has responded to more than 40,000 missions averaging 3,000 per year or nearly 15 each day, making it one of the longest established and busiest air ambulance organisations in the UK. Each mission cost £2.500. We rely entirely on public donations. This year we need to raise £6 millionHeart Care WalsallHaving a heart attack can affect the whole family. Heart Care Walsall is a pioneer in cardiac rehabilitation. It was set up in 1981 offering care, support and encouragement to anyone who has suffered heart problems or who is waiting for heart surgery. It also gives them and their families the opportunity not only to talk to professionals, but to other people and families that have gone through similar experiences.
